Is there a fee to participate in the PublisHer Studio programme?
No, the PublisHer Studio programme is offered completely free of charge to all selected participants. If you are selected and choose to join the programme, the only requirement is to register for our complimentary membership (our free membership tier) and create your profile before the training begins.
Do I need to complete all of the course modules?
Yes, to successfully complete the programme, each participant must complete all 8 core modules, including the associated quizzes for each module and any required readings and/or assignments. Participants must also attend all 8 live interactive sessions and complete a total of 3 elective masterclasses from the 5 offered.
Is it mandatory to attend the live sessions?
Yes, the live sessions are a primary component of the learning experience. They provide valuable opportunities for interactive discussion, practical application of key concepts, and peer-to-peer learning. As such, attendance at all scheduled live sessions is mandatory.

This programme is designed for publishing professionals in the book publishing industry specifically, who want to advance their careers, strengthen their expertise, or develop in-demand skills that can help them stand out in the industry.
What does the PublisHer Studio Certificate Programme include?

How long does the programme take to complete?
The programme is delivered over eight weeks, with a new module released each week. To unlock the next module, participants must successfully complete the current module, including all associated quizzes. Participants are expected to complete each week's learning between Monday and Thursday, followed by attendance at the live interactive session held on Friday at 01:00pm (13:00) GMT / 5:00pm UAE time.
What happens if I miss a live session?
Attendance at all live interactive sessions is a mandatory requirement for programme completion and certification. Only serious extenuating circumstances will be considered for an exception, subject to review and approval on a case-by-case basis. Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, participants who successfully complete all 8 core modules (including the associated quizzes and any required readings and/or assignments), attend all 8 mandatory live interactive sessions, and complete 3 of the 5 elective masterclasses will receive a Certificate of Completion.
How much time should I set aside each week?
Participants should plan to spend approximately 3–4 hours per week on the programme. This includes completing the online module and its associated quizzes, attending the one-hour live interactive session, and allowing additional time to complete the required elective masterclasses throughout the programme.
Can I access the course materials after the programme ends?
Access to the online course materials will end when the programme concludes. Participants can only download any readings and assignments during the programme for their future reference. Please note that video content is available for online viewing only and cannot be downloaded.
What technical requirements do I need?
You will need a reliable internet connection and a computer or tablet with an up-to-date web browser. A microphone and camera are required for participating in the live sessions.
Can I complete the programme at my own pace?
Partially. The pre-recorded online modules and masterclasses can be completed at your own pace throughout each week. However, as this is a cohort-based programme, participants are required to complete each week's module, including all associated quizzes, before the next module is released. Participants must also attend the scheduled live interactive sessions, which take place at fixed times each week.
How will I know if I've successfully completed a module?
Each module includes one or more quizzes to help assess your understanding of the content. Once you have completed all required module activities and passed the associated quizzes, the next module will be unlocked.
